A retired KSP trooper is reportedly facing charges for harassing four teenagers at a golf course after one of the teens apparently failed to yell a warning about an errant golf shot that nearly hit that man. Mountain Top News reports John Gabbard of Prestonsburg has been summoned to court on four counts each of harassment and menacing after allegedly hurling “abusive language” and making an “offensively coarse utterance, gesture or display” toward the kids at Stonecrest Golf Course last month.
