Jimmy Lynn Hampton

Jimmy Lynn Hampton, age 77, passed away on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at the Middlesboro ARH.

He is survived by his wife Sharon Kiser Hampton, 1 son: James Justin Hampton; 2 grandsons: Parker Jennings Hampton and Connor James Hampton and 2 sisters: Joyce A. Hampton and Janet L. Dixon.

A Graveside Service for Jimmy Lynn Hampton will be held at 1:00pm this afternoon, Friday, May 22, 2026 at the Dixon Cemetery at Jeremiah.

Belinda Lee Toler

Belinda Lee Toler, age 65 of UZ, passed away Sunday, May 17, 2026 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington.

She is survived by 1 daughter: Jennifer Johnson of UZ; 3 brothers: Henry Toler of Millstone, Morgan Toler of Millstone and Bobby Toler of Monticello; 3 sisters: Viola Toler of Whitesburg, Dorothy Johnson of Camp Branch and Lola Craft of Neon. 

Funeral services for Belinda Lee Toler will be at 12:00 Noon today, Friday, January 22, 2026 at the Millstone Missionary Baptist Church with Robert Johnson officiating. 

Burial will follow in the Toler Cemetery at Millstone.

Daniel C. “Dan” Taylor

Daniel C. “Dan” Taylor, age 79, of Isom, passed away on Sunday, May 17th 2026, at his residence.

He is survived by 1 son: Jimmy Dan Taylor of Isom; 1 daughter, Stephanie Ann Profitt of Florida; 5 grandsons; 2 granddaughters; 2 great grandsons; 1 sister, Elizabeth Ann Elswick of Richmond and his caretaker, Mallorie Caudill. 

Visitation will be held from 6:00pm-10:00pm this evening, Friday, May 22, 2026, at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral Services for Daniel C. “Dan” Taylor will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Danny Dixon officiating. 

Burial will follow in the Isom Cemetery at Isom.

Yvonne “Von” Raleigh Campbell 

Yvonne “Von” Raleigh Campbell, age 86 of Cumberland, passed away on Saturday, May 15th, 2026 

She is survived by 2 daughters: Wendy Christian of Richmond KY and Cindy Campbell of Rock Hill, SC; 1 son: Todd Campbell of Bothell, WA; 1 sister: Barbara Miller of London, KY; and sister-in-law: Janis Baker of Lexington, 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 12:00 noon to 2:00pm today, Friday, May 22, 2026 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral services for Yvonne “Von” Raleigh Campbell will follow at 2:00pm this afternoon, Friday, May 22, 2026 at the Letcher Funeral Home with Dr. Curtis “T” Christian IV officiating. 

Burial will follow at Campbell Family Cemetery at Ulvah.

Terry Wayne Boyd

Terry Wayne Boyd, age 70, of Litt Carr, passed away Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at the Hazard ARH.

He is survived by his wife: Charlotte Denise Hall Boyd; 3 Sons: Jason Wayne Boyd, Joshua Allen Boyd and Justin Lee Boyd, all of Litt Carr; 3 grandchildren; 3 step grandchildren; 3 sisters: Wilma Hall, Teresa Mullins and Rhonda Gaye Young and 1 brother: Roger Boyd. 

Visitation will be 6:00-10:00pm this evening, Friday May 22nd and anytime tomorrow, Saturday May 23rd, with additional services at 7:00pm Saturday evening. 

Funeral services for Terry Wayne Boyd will be held at 12:00 noon Sunday, May 24, 2026 at Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel, Hindman Chapel with Jordan Honeycutt officiating.

Burial will follow in the Bates-Thornsberry Cemetery at Kite.

Dolores Jean “Peggy” Patrick

Dolores Jean “Peggy” Patrick of Neon, Kentucky passed away in her home in Baltimore, Maryland on March 12, 2026.

She is survived by her son, Lynn Patrick, Junior of Neon, Kentucky, his wife, Nancy Patrick of Hillsboro, Maryland, and their daughter, Shannon Patrick of Baltimore, Maryland; her sister, Phyllis Wright, her husband Jack Wright, and family of Neon, her brother-in-law, Michael Wissinger, of Newlexington, Ohio and his family, and her sister-in-law, Brenda Patrick of Baltimore, Maryland and her family. 

Visitation will be from 6:00 – 7:00pm Saturday May 23, 2026 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel in Whitesburg.
