Floyd County Drug Offender Indicted on New Charges

Casey Collins of Betsy Layne reportedly has a record of local drug charges in Pike and Floyd counties but last week was indicted by a federal grand jury for distributing fentanyl in Floyd County on three occasions in 2022, and distributing meth and fentanyl in Pike County in February.
