In baseball, the Letcher County Central Cougars won their third game in a row with a 6-3 road win at Leslie County Thursday night.
The 18-16 Cougars will wrap up the regular season at home against Owlsey County Friday evening at 6:00pm.
The Jenkins Cavaliers baseball team won 8-7 on Thursday on the final play of the game on senior night.
The game was tied at seven in the bottom of the seventh when Cavalier Kale Owens tripled, scoring one run for the walk off win.
Jenkins honored four seniors, Roger Niles, Cale Owens, Chase McNeely and Malachi Adkins.
The 15-16 Cavaliers will wrap up the regular season against Castlewood, VA at home on Friday.
