Brody Griffith collected three hits in three at bats, as the Letcher County Central Cougars baseball team beat Cordia 18-1 on Monday in the first game of a district doubleheader.
Griffith hit a solo home run to center field in the second inning, singled in the first inning, and singled in the fourth inning.
The Cougars won the second game by forfeit 1-0z
