Man Pleads Guilty in Federal Case Tied to Fatal UTV Crash

A Vicco man facing charges in the death of a teenage girl in a UTV crash in February has pleaded guilty to a federal charge regarding his relationship with another teen who was driving the vehicle.

Noah Back pleaded guilty last week to transporting an underage girl across state lines in order to engage in sexual activity after an investigation showed they’d traveled out of state and spent nights together with their relationship starting when she was 14.

He faces ten years to life in prison for that charge.

As for the crash, investigators allege Back provided alcohol to the teen driver of the UTV which they call “extreme indifference to human life” which has brought him a murder charge.
