The Letcher County Central Lady Cougars won two games in Saturday’s Mountain Strong showcase at LCC on Saturday.
They shutout Shelby Valley 10-0 and in the game you heard live on 103.9 The Bulldog the Lady Cougars beat Belfry 12-3.
11-6 LCC softball will next play Monday night at home against Knott County Central in a district game.
Game time is 6:00pm.
The Jenkins Lady Cavaliers softball is 9-3 and will be back in action Monday night at Shelby Valley starting at 6:00pm.
