Charles Eugene Caudill, age 94, of North Vernon, IN, formerly of Letcher County, passed away on Monday, April 6, 2026.
He is survived by one daughter: Lynnette Wickliff; one son: Anthony Charles Caudill; 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Visitation will at 10:00am Thursday at the Letcher Funeral Home.
Funeral services for Charles Eugene Caudill will follow at 11:30 am on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at Letcher Funeral Home with James Fields officiating.
Burial will follow in the James D. Caudill Family Cemetery at Carcassonne.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Carcassonne Community Center.

Ronnie Wayne Thompson, age 73, of Cromona, passed away on Saturday April 4, 2026 at his residence.
He is survived by his wife: Mary Thompson of Cromona; One son: Ronnie Wayne Thompson II of Elkhorn; Four daughters: Leanna Thompson of Cromona, Sabrina Stidham of Deane, Sherry Slone of Knott County and Lila Burke of Cowan; One brother: Floyd Thompson of Pound, Virginia; two sisters: Anna Mae Roberts of California and Lucy Stanley of Pound, Virginia and 14 grandchildren.
A memorial service for Ronnie Wayne Thompson will be held from 4:00-9:00pm on Sunday, April 19, 2026 at the Fleming Baptist Church.
