A Wise County man has been found guilty of selling drugs near a high school.
Last week Dennis Wayne Russell of Appalachia was found guilty by a jury for charges
related to selling meth in the parking lot of the Norton Walmart, less than 1000 feet from
Central High School.
Mountain Top News reports he will be sentenced in September.
