A West Virginia man is facing a murder charge for an alleged DUI crash that killed a Pikeville woman over the summer.
Officials say Chad Blackburn of Red Jacket was arrested after the crash in July on U.S. 119 that killed Linda Wright and seriously hurt a passenger.
WYMT reports this week Blackburn was indicted for murder, vehicular homicide, assault, operating a vehicle while under the influence, and other charges.
He will be arraigned in Pike County Circuit Court although so far no date has been set
