A UZ man has pleaded not guilty to murdering his nephew following a shooting death last Friday. Rodney Webb has a preliminary hearing Monday but is currently being held without bond in connection with the death of Nicholas Webb during a fight. The Mountain Eagle reports Rodney Webb has a long history of arrests for drug trafficking, drug possession, and being a persistent felony offender and was out on bond on home incarceration for some 2023 incidents when last week’s shooting occurred
