Expired license plate tags have led to a drug bust in Floyd County. A Deputy reportedly spotted the bad tags and attempted to pull the car over but instead the driver pulled into a gas station parking lot and went inside. Mountain Top News reports the deputy asked a passenger in the car to step out and when he did, a bag of white power reportedly fell from his pocket onto the ground. That led to a search of the passenger as well as the car and the allegedly turned up meth, fentanyl, baggies, scales, cash and a gun. Justin Kyle Bryan of Martin is charged with trafficking and felon in possession of a firearm.
