Hazard Community & Technical College and Southeast Kentucky Community & Technical College are partnering with nonprofit emergency relief agency Roscoe’s Daughter on a flood relief drive for Tennessee and North Carolina.
Flood victims are currently in need of cleaning supplies, not clothing or food.
They need mops, brooms, squeegees, buckets, bleach, rubber gloves and boots, masks, shovels, totes, fans and batteries.
You can drop off donations from 9am-5pm until Noon this Friday.
Collection centers include the Admissions Offices at the Harlan and Whitesburg campuses, the
Jolly Classroom Center in Hazard and the student lounge in Leslie County.
