Robinson Steps Down as ARC CEO Following Federal Indictment

Addiction Recovery Care says Chief Executive Officer Tim Robinson, 50, of Louisa, has stepped down effective immediately following a federal indictment.

In a statement, the organization announced that President and Chief Operating Officer Cassandra Webb will serve as Interim CEO while continuing in her current role.

According to reports, Robinson was indicted in federal court on charges including wire fraud and money laundering. Prosecutors allege he defrauded investors by selling the same Employee Retention Tax Credit assets multiple times.

ARC says all facilities, programs, and services remain open and fully operational as the case moves forward.
