The Pittsburgh Pirates took the three game series over the Reds with a 6-1 win Wednesday afternoon at GABP.
The Reds went 2-4 on the 6 game home stand and now are 37-43, 10.5 games back of the Brewers in the NL Central.
The Reds will begin a tough 7 game road trip against the Cardinals and Yankees starting today, Thursday.
They will play the Cardinals in St. Louis in the first of 4 games tonight at 7:45pm.
