A Prestonsburg medical office clerk is said to be on the run after being told she is facing charges for using patients’ credit card numbers for personal use. Prestonsburg Police say Katie Picklesimer of Tutor Key, who has been working at King’s Daughters Medical Center, is accused of using patient credit card numbers to buy items on the TikTok store and used her own name and address to do so. Police say when she learned she was under investigation, she told her husband she was leaving him and going to New York but has not been seen since. In a post on their Facebook Page, Prestonsburg Police are asking patients of King’s Daughters to check for suspicious charges on your credit cards and to contact the police department if you find anything.
