Charges including child abuse have been filed against a Pike County couple who allegedly passed out from drug use leaving their 7-year-old daughter alone.
Mountain Top News reports the girl went to a neighbor’s house for help around 2am Friday.
Police say they had to use Narcan to revive Mandy and James Coleman and suspect they
snorted fentanyl.
Both were arrested for second-degree child abuse and drug possession.
