The non-profit Mountain Association has named a new leader.
Robin Gabbard, who is from Perry County has been Robin Gabbard.
Now she has a new job title. President.
The Mountain Association specializes in community development.
And after six years as chief operating officer for LKLP Community Action, Gabbard will be stepping in to replace Peter Hille.
Hille has served since 2015.
He announced his retirement last year.
When he officially steps down in 2025, Gabbard will take over.
