Perry County DoorDash Driver Faces Felony Charges After Delivery Incident

PERRY COUNTY, Ky. (WXKQ) – A DoorDash delivery driver is facing felony charges after authorities say he damaged property and fled the scene during a delivery in Perry County.

According to the Perry County Sheriff’s Office, 30-year-old Brandon Davis, of Stanton, allegedly backed into a swimming pool, causing about $1,400 in damage, then attempted to leave the scene.

Davis also allegedly struck another vehicle occupied by the homeowner before driving away.

He was later arrested and charged with first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree criminal mischief and leaving the scene of an accident.
