Floyd County Schools say it was an isolated incident that led to someone who was not a student getting onto a school bus yesterday.
Officials say the person got on at a scheduled stop and the driver thought it was a new student.
The bus was also under the supervision of additional adult staff and there was no disruptive behavior but once they learned it was not a student, they called Prestonsburg Police who arrested the person when the bus arrived at the school.
So far the person’s name has not been released.
