Some scary moments after a man slammed his car into a sign in Whitesburg Thursday
afternoon.
Whitesburg Police say for an as yet unknown reason the guy drove his car right into the Sugar Shack and Papa John’s sign.
The man was not hurt but while investigating police found the man had a suspended license and was a convicted felon and was carrying a rifle, which is against the law for a convicted felon.
His name has not been released.
