She is survived by her mother: Nellie Eldridge Slone; her husband: Douglas Adams; 2 daughters: Shirlyn Perkins of Hallie and Sheena Grogan of Whitesburg; 2 brothers: Alvin Slone of Breathitt County and Jason Slone of Jeremiah; 2 sisters: Lora Quillen of Roxana and Fayetta Keel of Millstone and 4 grandchildren.
Funeral services for Ollie Mae Adams will be held at 1:00pm Friday, October 18, 2024 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.
Visitation will be after 6:00pm Thursday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.

Carolyn Faye Ward Adams, age 80, of Letcher passed away Sunday, October 13, 2024 at her residence.
She is survived by her husband: George David (Bumper) Adams of Letcher; 2 daughters: Kristi Williams of Letcher and Lori Boggs of Letcher; 3 grandchildren: Quentin Williams of Whitesburg; Tevin Williams of Mayking and Arlee Boggs of Letcher; 4 brothers: Harry Ward of Vicco; Doug Ward of Indiana; Denny Ward of Vicco and Jim Ward of Whitesburg; 2 sisters: Judy Ward of Georgetown and Sue Allen of Georgetown.
Funeral services for Carolyn Faye Ward Adams will be held at 1:00pm this afternoon, Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at the Letcher Independent Baptist Church with Bill Jones, Jimmy Dotson and Tim Ison officiating.
Burial will follow in the Burton Hill Cemetery.

David Charles Banks, age 76, of Little Cowan passed away Monday, October 14, 2024 at his residence.
He is survived by his wife: Millie Day Banks; 1 daughter: Meredith (Martie) Bradford; 1 son: James (Jamie) Banks; 3 grandsons; 3 granddaughter; 1 great granddaughter and brother-in-law: Ercel Sturgill.
No Services will be held for David Charles Banks.

Jason Matthew Blair, age 47, of Partridge passed away Monday, October 14, 2024, at the Pikeville Medical Center.
He is survived by his mother: Linda Jenkins Blair; his grandmother: Madge Jenkins; his long-time girlfriend, Amanda Gilbert; his two sisters, Chrissy Burris and Amy Blair Prewitt, all of Partridge; two nieces: Lexie Burris and Ava Prewitt; three nephews: Logan Burris; Trevor Prewitt; and Ethan Hogg.
Graveside services for Jason Matthew Blair will be held at 2:00pm Thursday, October 17, 2024, at the Jenkins Family Cemetery in Partridge with Michael Blair officiating.
