She is survived by her husband: James Arnold of Blackey; 1 son: Kevin Arnold; 1 daughter: Cindy Blair; 2 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Funeral services for Wilma Faye Arnold will be held at 2:00pm Thursday, May 16, 2024 at the Letcher Funeral Home with Greg Pridemore officiating.
Visitation will be at 12:00 Noon Thursday, May 16, 2024 until the time of service at the Letcher Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in the Dixon Cemetery at Blackey.

Sonny Lee “Bo Bo” Bates, age 57, of Thornton, passed away on Monday May 13, 2024 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard.
He is survived by 2 daughters: Brittany Maggard of Thornton and Amber Caudill of Blackey and 4 grandchildren.
Visitation will be after 6:00pm tomorrow, Thursday, May 16, 2024 at the Everidge Funeral Home Chapel in Whitesburg.
Funeral services for Sonny Lee “Bo Bo” Bates will be held at 12:00 noon Friday May 17, 2024 at the Everidge Funeral Home Chapel with Caleb Howard officiating.
Burial will follow in the Green Acres Cemetery at Ermine.

Martha Jo Combs, age 90, of Smoot Creek, passed away Monday, May 13, 2024 at her residence.
She is survived by three children: Melissa Newell, Michael Burl Combs and Joe Mark Combs; 3 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; 4 brothers: Jimmy Brashear, Tommy Brashear, Johnny Brashear and Randy Whitaker; 2 sisters: Gertrude “Tootie” Murphy and Karen Sexton and 1 brother in law; Buddy Sexton.
Funeral services for Martha Jo Combs will be held at 1:00pm this afternoon, Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at the Whitesburg First Baptist Church with Jenson Riddle officiating.
Visitation will be after 11:00am this morning until the time of service at 1:00pm today at the Whitesburg First Baptist Church.
Private family burial will be at the Combs Cemetery at Smoot Creek.
Memorials may be made to the Whitesburg First Baptist Church or Hospice of the Bluegrass.

Donnie Ray Sergent, age 71, of Jenkins passed away Saturday May 11, 2024, at the Pikeville Medical Center.
He is survived by his sister: Debbie Neal of North Carolina; three children: Jamie Stewart of Tennessee, Angie m Mullins of Coeburn, VA and Jeff Ratliff of Neon; eight grandchildren; Two nephews; One niece and one great nephew.
A memorial service for Donnie Ray Sergent will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at the Emmanuel Baptist Church in Jenkins with Gary Robbins officiating.
Visitation will begin on Saturday at 1:00pm at the Emmanuel Baptist Church.
Burial will follow in the Bentley Cemetery at Payne Gap.
