Louise Jones, age 77, of Whitesburg, passed away Sunday, March 10, 2024, at the Highlands ARH in Prestonsburg.
She is survived by 2 sons: Eddie Jones of Whitesburg and Roger Jones of Independence, Kentucky; 1 sister: Sharlette Hensley of London, Kentucky; and 3 grandchildren.
Funeral services for Louise Jones will be held at 1:00pm this afternoon, Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at the Hampton Funeral Home in Barbourville, Kentucky with Jabo Miles officiating.
Visitation will be from 11:00am to 1:00pm today, Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at the Hampton Funeral Home before the funeral service at 1:00pm.
Burial will follow in the Mills Family Cemetery at Hinkle, Kentucky.
The Letcher Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Loretta Shepherd Polly, age 83, of Slemp, passed away on Monday, March 11, 2024, at her residence.
She is survived by 2 Daughters: Jackie Shepherd of Cornettsville & Angela Kelly of Slemp; 2 Sons: Claborne Shepherd of Slemp & Joe Polly of Slemp; 4 Sisters: Opha Shepherd of Cornettsville, Carol Ison of Cornettsville, Lorene Dixon of Letcher County & Delana Sue Lee of South Carolina; 3 Brothers: Burnis Shepherd of Little Leatherwood, Eli Shepherd of Letcher County & Bob Shepherd of Cornettsville; 6 Grandchildren; 5 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild.
Visitation will be from 11:00am-12:00 noon on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at Maggard’s Mountain View Chapel in Hazard.
Funeral services for Loretta Shepherd Polly will follow at 1:00pm, Thursday, March 14, 2024, at the Maggard’s Mountain View Chapel with Charles Bush officiating.
Burial will follow in the Shepherd Riddle Cemetery at Little Leatherwood.
