He is survived by his wife: Linda King of Bill Moore Branch; 2 daughters: Rhonda King of Bill Moore Branch and Nadine Rowe of Kentucky; 2 songs Thomas King of Bill Moore Branch and Calvin King of Bill Moore Branch; 1 sister: Betty Holbrook of Bill Moore Branch and 2 grandchildren.
Visitation will be 12:00 noon to 1:00pm Saturday, Feb 22, 2025 at the Everidge Funeral Home Chapel in Whitesburg.
Funeral services for Thomas King will follow at 1:00pm Saturday at the Everidge Funeral Home Chapel with Frank Holbrook officiating.
Burial will follow in the Green Acres Cemetery at Ermine.

Rose Ellen Adams, age 82, of Haymond passed away Monday, February 17, 2025 at the Whitesburg ARH.
She is survived by 3 daughters: Robin Davis of Viper, Ellena “E” Wright of Jenkins and Missy Johnson of Wise, VA; 1 son: Bobby Adams of West Liberty; son-in-law, Daniel Davis of Fort Myers, Florida; five grandchildren: Emily Davis, Bradley Davis, Aaron Adams, Cameron Adams, and Chloe Wright; one great-grandchild; two brothers, Jack Wright and Jay Wright both of Jackhorn; and one sister, Julia Ryan of Banner.
Funeral services for Rose Ellen Adams will be held at 2:00pm on Sunday, January 23, 2025, at the Hall & Jones Funeral Home, Jenkins Chapel.
Burial will follow at Haven of Rest Cemetery at Mayking.
Visitation will be from 4:00pm to 9:00pm on Saturday at the Hall & Jones Funeral Home, Jenkins Chapel.

Charlie Holbrook, age 92, of Deane, passed away Thursday, February 13, 2025 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Bluegrass Hospice Center in Hazard.
He is survived by 2 daughters: Kathy Hall of Deane and Anita Spicer of Fort Myers, Florida; 2 sons: Greg Holbrook and Ron Holbrook, both of Richmond, Kentucky; 9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Funeral services for Charlie Holbrook will be held at 1:00pm this afternoon, Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Danny Dixon officiating.
Burial will follow in the Green Acres Cemetery at Ermine.

Ival Dove aka Lenie Lindsay, age 90, of Gordon, passed away Saturday, February 15, 2025, at the Tri-Cities Nursing and Rehab Center.
She is survived by three children: Eloise Pennington of Cumberland; Lottie Lint of Gordon and Brian Hooker of Gordon; a daughter-in-law, Tammy Lindsay; ten grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and twelve great-great-grandchildren.

Graveside services for Brett Shane Bowman will be held at 11:00am Wednesday February 19, 2025, at the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Pound, VA.
