Shirley Louise Lucas
Shirley Louise Lucas, age 87, of Sandlick, passed away Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at the UK Bluegrass Hospice Center.
She is survived by 2 sons: Gary Taylor and Rodney Taylor both of Little Colley; 2 daughters: Jennifer Lucas of Sandlick and Selenia Sexton of Clay City; 3 brothers: Wendell Taylor of Campbranch, Kenneth Taylor of Daniels Branch and Winsford Taylor of West Virginia; 13 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
Funeral services for Shirley Louise Lucas will be held at 2:00pm Friday, May 3, 2024 at the Calvary Temple Church at Sandlick with Conard Profitt and Jabo Miles officiating.
Visitation will be after 6:00pm this evening, Thursday, at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will follow in the Haven of Rest Cemetery at Mayking.
The Letcher Funeral Home of Whitesburg is in charge of the arrangements.
