She is survived by 1 Brother: Darrell Mullins of Camp Branch.
Visitation will be at 12:00 noon Tuesday May 5, 2026 at the Everidge Funeral Home chapel in Whitesburg.
Funeral services for Elizabeth “Libby” McKinney will follow at 1:00pm on Tuesday at the Everidge Funeral Home with Bill Craft officiating.
Burial will follow in the Green Acres Cemtery at Ermine.

He is survived by his brother: Brian Bernard of Barbourville; his cousin: Reagan Smith; his aunts, Doris Browning of Cumberland, Jenny Maggard of Partridge, Sue Warf of Cumberland and Gail McConnell of Cumberland; nieces and nephews: Angelena Shelton, Dominic Amburgey, Camden Bernardo, and Andrea Bernardo and a special friend, Carolyn Shepherd.
A Celebration of Life for Cody Emory Wagoner will be held from 2:00-4:00pm this afternoon, Monday, May 11, 2026, at the Tri City Funeral Home at Benham.

Funeral Services for Charles Ralph Ison will be held at 12:00 noon on Tuesday May 5, 2026 at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman with Mike Slone officiating.
Burial will follow at the Mountain Memory Gardens in Hindman.
