He is survived by 2 daughters: Chandra Mullins of Milan, Tennessee and Amy Kilborne of Somerset; 1 stepson: Anthony Lewis of Partridge and 1 brother: Butch Mullins.
Funeral services for Phillip Mullins will be held at 2:00pm Saturday, October 12, 2024 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Ray Jones officiating.
Visitation will be after 6:00pm this evening, Friday, at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will follow in the Family Cemetery at Eolia.
