Roger Dale Creech
Roger Dale Creech, 76 of Slemp, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, November 17, 2024 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard.
He is survived by his wife: Mary Ann Creech of Slemp; one daughter: Kimberly Henson of Harlan; one son: Roger Keith Creech of Willisburg, KY; 4 grandchildren: James Dixon, Tyler Dixon, Katlyn Wells and Kari Chesser; nine great-grandchildren; two sisters, Yvonne Steely of Middlesboro and Karen McIntyre of Viper; sister-in-law: Linda Kay Creech of Slemp and step-father: Merrill Campbell of LaFollette, TN.
Visitation for Roger Dale Creech will be held from 4:00-8:00pm this evening, Friday, November 22, 2024 at the Trinity Holiness Tabernacle at Hiram.
Funeral services for Roger Dale Creech will be held at 12:00 noon tomorrow, Saturday, November 23, 2024 at the Trinity Holiness Tabernacle at Hiram with Jonathan Adams, Rex Lloyd, Garland Sargent, and Keith Creek officiating.
Burial will follow in the Arch Halcomb Cemetery at Little Leatherwood.
The Engle Bowling Funeral Home of Hazard is in charge of the arrangements.
