The Letcher County Central Lady Cougars traveled to Ashland and the 16th Region Saturday afternoon to play the host, Boyd County Lady Lions, in the Boyd County Roundball Classic. The LCC girls lost 66-34 to Boyd County. They fall to 1-2 on the season. Boyd County improves to 4-1. The Lady Cougars were led by Kiera Couch with 14 points. Up next the Letcher Central girls will take on Knott County Central in a 53rd District Boys/Girls Doubleheader at 6:00pm this Tuesday at LCC gym.
