In high school baseball, after a few games cancelled for weather, the Letcher County Central Cougars got a 14th Region road win at Leslie County 10-6 on Friday night.
The 3-4 Cougar boys will begin play tomorrow, Tuesday, in the Kentucky 2A-section 8 tournament. LCC will play Lawrence County at Pike County Central.
The Jenkins baseball Cavaliers will begin play today in 14th Region All A Baseball Tournament. The Cavaliers will take on Leslie County this evening in the opening round.
