After missing 2 games due to in injury, Kentucky’s Lamont Butler, came back in a big way, scoring a career high 33 points to lead the Cats past Louisville 93-85 at Rupp Arena Saturday evening.
Butler was a perfect 10 for 10 from the field including 6 three’s.
Otega Oweh added 17 points for UK, while Jaxson Robinson had 12 points and eight rebounds. Andrew Carr had 10 points and nine rebounds, while Koby Brea also had 10 points for the Cats.
#5 Kentucky won’t play again until Saturday when they face Ohio State in the CBS Sports Classic at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Tipoff is set for 5:30pm.
