Kentucky had 4 players in double figures led by Koby Brea with 21.
Andrew Carr put in 20, 15 from Lamont Butler and Amari Williams had 13 points to go with 14 rebounds.
Otega Oweh was held to 4 points due to foul trouble.
The 19-10 overall and 8-8 in the SEC Cats will next take on the LSU Tigers Tuesday night at Rupp Arena.
