On Tuesday, the UK Wildcat Women’s Basketball program announced its new basketball coach.
Kenny Brooks, the coach of the Virginia Tech Hokies, was named the successor to Kyra Elzy.
Brooks coached at Virginia Tech for eight seasons with a record of 180-82 and four NCAA Tournament appearances including making the final four in 2022-23.
