Both the Perry County School District and the Perry County Sheriff’s Office are investigating after the ATV accident death of a teen over the weekend.
The girl was a passenger in the ATV that went over an embankment.
Another teen girl was driving and was cited; officials are still investigating her alcohol level.
There were two adult men that were also passengers and the Sheriff and School District are looking exactly how they were all connected and who supplied the alcohol.
The Sheriff says they are looking into one of the men for “another crime separate from the accident.”
The School District says while neither of the men were employees, one had been a volunteer coach for a time.
