Harlan Woman Sentenced in Deadly Fentanyl Drug Case

A Harlan woman has been sentenced to more than 20 years in prison in connection with selling fentanyl to someone who died.

Leslie Brock was convicted in October for conspiracy to distribute fentanyl which resulted in a death.

The US Attorney’s says for several months in 2023 Brock and co-defendant, Brendan Miller, conspired to sell fentanyl through Harlan County with Brock making frequent trips to a source in Lexington to buy it.

Miller pleaded guilty last fall and was sentenced to 11 years.

A third defendant, Aaron Robinson, also pled guilty to possession with intent to distribute
fentanyl and possession of a firearm in drug trafficking and was sentenced to 5 years.
