More charges have been reportedly filed against a UZ man already charged with murder for the death of his nephew earlier this year.
A Letcher County Grand Jury has indicted Rodney Webb on charges of being a convicted felon in possession of a handgun and possession of meth and cocaine.
The Mountain Eagle reports Webb was indicted for murder in May in the shooting death of Nicholas Webb.
Kentucky State Police investigators allege the shooting sprung from an argument over a noisy car.
The gun charge stems from a handgun found outside Rodney Webb’s home on the day of
the shooting.
Police have not yet determined if it was the same firearm claimed to have been used in the shooting.
