A Floyd County woman has reportedly been arrested for kidnapping after apparently forcing someone to give her a ride. Prestonsburg Police allege Angela Hall forced her way into a car near Highlands ARH Tuesday. Mountain Top News reports Hall claimed she’d been offered a ride to Pikeville but the driver said she’d just stopped to check on Hall, who looked like she needed help on the side of the road, when Hall forced her way into the car. The driver went south on U.S. 23 and eventually pulled over at a business. The driver was able to call someone who called the police and they met the car at the business. Hall was arrested and is so far charged with felony kidnapping and menacing
