Folks in Fleming Neon continue to struggle with their water supply after the city found low water in a freshwater well, posing a potential health problem. Mayor Ricky Burke declared a state of emergency, asking water users to conserve. The city brought in trucks with bottled water over the weekend, but residents say it’s been tough with nothing but muddy, dirty water coming out of their taps.
