KNOTT COUNTY, Ky. (WXKQ) – Officials held a celebration ceremony Thursday for families moving into the new Chesnutt Ridge housing develop site for displaced flood victims in Knott County.
So far, thirteen families have moved into seventeen fully-built homes, constructed by the Housing Development Alliance.
When completed, Chesnutt Ridge will feature 230 homes.
