The Perry County Coroner has released the name of a woman killed in a car accident Wednesday night on Lost Creek Road. WYMT reports Samantha Gayhart was pronounced dead at the scene after she was thrown out of her car after it rolled over around 10 p.m. Wednesday. The Sheriff’s Office was investigating but they have not yet said what they thought may have led to the crash. No other cars were involved.
