The 53rd District baseball and softball tournaments will begin this evening, Monday.
Tonight’s baseball semifinal games are being played at Cordia and pwill be 1 seed Knott County Central facing 4 seed Cordia at 5:00pm. 3 seed Jenkins will take on 2 seed Letcher County Central at 7:00pm.
The two winners will meet in the 53rd district baseball championship game on Tuesday at 6:00pm at Cordia.
Tonight’s softball semifinal games at Knott County Central will be 3 seed Jenkins taking on 2 seed Knott County Central at 5:30pm followed by 1 seed Letcher County Central facing 4 seed Cordia at 7:30pm.
The two winners will meet in the 53rd district softball championship game on Wednesday at 6:00pm at Knott County Central.
