An arrest in a missing person’s case in Breathitt County. WYMT reports that Fairley Napier turned himself in over the weekend. He is accused of killing a woman identified as Joanne
Campbell, who was reported missing last Wednesday. Police found her body in a burned car on land logged by Fairley. He reportedly told a family member that he killed Campbell, moved the body with a log skidder, and tried to burn her remains. Napier is being held at the Kentucky River Regional Jail.
