The Letcher County Central Lady Cougars opened the season last night with a win over Twin Springs, VA at UVA Wise.
The Lady Cougars will play more games at UVA Wise today and Saturday according to the schedule.
The 0-1 Jenkins girls will next play tonight at home against Wise County Christian School with a start time of 6:00pm.
The Jenkins Cavalier boys will open the season tomorrow Saturday against Northwood High School out of Saltville VA. The game is at 3:30pm and will be played at Richlands.
The LCC boys will next play in the DJ Begley Classic at Hazard this evening when they take on Magoffin County at 6:00pm.
They will play Raceland at Boyd County on Saturday at 1:00pm.
