Visitation is today for a Belfry Volunteer firefighter who died while responding to a call.
WYMT reports Darrell Helton was helping to move water to the scene of a structure fire
Wednesday when he suffered a heart attack and despite efforts of his colleagues he
died at a hospital.
Visitation is today from 5pm to 9pm at the Belfry High School Auditorium with his funeral also at the school Tuesday at 5pm.
A 1992 graduate of Belfry, Darrell had been with the Volunteer Fire Department for over a decade.
