Jason Burke, age 45, of Ermine, passed away on Monday July 29, 2024, at his residence.
He is survived by his father, Granville Burke of Ermine; a daughter, Dakota Cornett of Whitesburg; two brothers, Granville Lee Burke, Jr of Rutledge, Tennessee and Jonathan Burke of Hemphill.
Arrangements for Jason Burke are incomplete at this time and will be announced later by the Everidge Funeral Home of Whitesburg.

John Brown, age 59, of Seco, passed away Friday, August 2, 2024 at the Hazard ARH.
He is survived by 2 brothers: Anthony Wayne Brown of Sidney, OH and Damien Brown of Jenkins; 2 sisters: Lily Rowlett of Louisville and Jackie Darnell of Greenville, OH; 3 nephews: Wayne Brown, Kevin Brown, and Jason Hart and 1 niece: Haley Hart.
Funeral services for John Brown will be held at 11:00am tomorrow, Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Will Hall officiating.
Visitation will be from 6:00-10:00pm this evening, Monday, at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will follow in the Family Cemetery at Seco.
The Letcher Funeral Home of Whitesburg is in charge of the arrangements.

Ronnie Gene “Jack” McIntyre, age 83, of Viper, passed away on Friday August 2, 2024 at his residence.
He is survived by his wife: Vernia McIntyre of Viper; 2 sons: Clifford McIntyre of Viper and Willie McIntyre of Wyandotte, MI; 1 daughter: Kelsey Engle of Hazard; 1 brother: Neil York of MI; 1 sister: Bonnie Jean McKenzie of MI; special friend close as a brother, Doug “Elvis” Pennington; 15 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services for Ronnie Gene “Jack” McIntyre will be held at 11:00am this morning, Monday August 5, 2024 at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Karl Baker, Bud Farler and Andrew Lewis officiating.
Burial will follow in the Ben Cornett Cemetery located at Viper.
The Engle-Bowling Funeral Home in Hazard is in charge of the arrangements.

Lourena Cable, age 84, of Cabin Fork at Dorton, passed away Saturday, August 3, 2024, at her residence.
She is survived by two sons: Jeff Cable of Dorton and Greg Cable of Pikeville; two daughters: Sheryl Burke of Dorton and Karen Newsome of Dorton; one brother: Chester Burke of Dorton; two sisters: Pauline Hall of Jonancy and Ruth Brown of Dorton; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services for Lourena Cable will be held at 11:00am tomorrow, Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at the Hall & Jones Funeral Home at Virgie with Robert Osborne, Jerry Damron, Barry Lucas, Teddy Honaker and others officiating.
Burial will follow in the Cable-Burke Cemetery at Cabin Fork.
Visitation will be after 6:00pm this evening, Monday, with a service at 7:00pm at the Funeral Home.
