A Matewan man is facing several charges after allegedly threatening some Pike County deputies following a traffic stop.
Trellis Ray Cisco was pulled over last Thursday for allegedly operating an ATV on US 119 and giving the cops who pulled him over a fake name.
Mountain Top News reports he was arrested for not having a license, insurance or registration.
At one point he said he was in pain and was taken to a hospital where he allegedly started punching and threatening deputies and, they say, tried to get one of their guns.
He was eventually tased and subdued.
In addition to the traffic charges also faces attempted escape, assaulting an officer and attempting to disarm an officer.
