We are learning more about a Kentucky State Police investigation into a body found Wednesday night in the Cowan Community of Letcher County. The Mountain Eagle is reporting that Angela Roberts of Bald Mountain Road was pronounced dead around 11pm near a cemetery on Dinah Blair Road. While KSP is not releasing any information, the paper cites a source saying foul play is suspected. Roberts’ daughter, Patricia Deatherage, was found dead of a gunshot in the same area last August in a case that remains unsolved
