Pamela Rasnick Dixon of Concord, North Carolina formerly of Letcher County passed away Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at Atrium Health.
She is survived by 2 daughters: Marsha Cannon of Concord, NC and Lettie Dixon of Asheville, NC; 1 son: William Gary Wright of Lake Tahoe, NV; foster son Joseph Godsey; 3 grandchildren and 2 sisters: Ida Mullins and Catherine Rasnick.
Funeral services for Pamela Rasnick Dixon will be held at 11:00am this morning, Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at the Blackey Missionary Baptist Church in Blackey.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to Healing Appalachia.

“Jim” James Noah Marcum, aged 65, formerly of Letcher County, passed away on Wednesday February 7, 2024, in Johnson City, Tennessee.
He is survived by his children: James Derrick Marcum, Shawn Allen Marcum and Samantha Lynn Marcum; his siblings: Della Marcum Johnson, Jeffery Allen Marcum and Julia Marcum Giles.
A memorial service for “Jim” James Noah Marcum will be held at 2:00pm this Friday February 23rd, at the Letcher Funeral Home in Whitesburg.

Bobby Ray Miracle, age 70, of Cumberland, passed away Monday, February 19, 2024, at the Harlan ARH.
He is survived by his wife: Judy Golden Miracle; 2 children: Liberty Miracle and Celina Sherman; 2 bonus children: Rebecca Suzanne Casolari and Jason Jenkins; 2 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
There will be no services for Bob at this time.

Funeral services for Ray Dean Brock will follow at 2:00pm Wednesday at the Tri-City Funeral Home.
Burial will follow at the Mullins family cemetery at Eolia.
