Boil Water Advisory Issued For Parts of Whitesburg

A boil water advisory has been issued for part of Whitesburg after a water leak sprung on Tuesday. The boil advisory covers Solomon Road, First Street, Fifth Street, Indiana Avenue, Madison Avenue, East Main Street and Cowan Street. Crews worked in the freezing conditions after the leak was discovered on Madison Avenue near the old Appalshop Building and First Baptist Church.
